Layered Enchilada Bake

Brown- 1 pound hamburger & one LARGE onion in skillet-drain

Mix in a bowl-
2 cups salsa
1 can black beans(rinse and drained)
1/4 cup italian dressing
2 T. Taco Seasoning
Add HB mix

Layer a 9x13 with tortillas, I cut them in halves.
On top of the tortillas place half of the meat mixture
Layer on top of that 1 cup sour cream and cheese (I usually end up using 2 c cheddar and 2 c mozzarella- total)

Repeat the layers starting with tortillas (I generally use about 6-9 small tortillas)

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake until cheese is melted. Let stand five minutes before cutting.

Serve with shredded lettuce and tomato.
